Actually, a Soyuz rocket was supposed to put 36 satellites of "OneWeb" into orbit next Saturday. Shortly before the planned launch, Roscosmos imposes conditions that are almost impossible to meet.
The Arktika-M-1 satellite was launched on February 28, 2021 and is the first of ten Arktika satellites that Roscosmos plans to put into orbit over the next few years.
